Who uses IH services?
​​International Headteacher supports all teachers and educators wishing to improve and maximise their application chances for jobs in international schools.
​Does IH guarantee job success?
​​No, we wish we could, but that's on you. We do promise to improve your success at getting interviews and we also promise to improve your interview technique but it is up to the school to offer you a contract based on what you can offer.
​How does IH work?
​Once you have chosen the service you require, paid and submitted your contact details, we will be in touch with you to collect the information we need to fulfil your request. If an interview practice has been selected, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time to meet online.
​How long does the process take?
​​Depending on the service and the speed in which you reply, we aim to complete all initial document drafts within five working days. 
​What do I receive?
​​For a review, we will send you a written report for how to improve your CV and Cover Letter.

For an Edit or Rewrite we will produce new versions and send you the final documents in Word and PDF formats with a choice of two formats.
​
For an interview we will arrange a suitable time to meet an International School Head online for interview practice and verbal feedback lasting at least one hour. 
What if I am unhappy with the final version?
​Not a problem, you have the final say for how your final CV and Cover Letter look. After we send you the Word and pdf versions you can request changes as many times as you need for up to two weeks from that date. 
​What is your refund policy?
​​All sales are final, but remember there will be multiple drafts and opportunities to make changes until you are satisfied within the revision period.
